Extra Special Summer Visiters!

PawPaw and Grandma drove up all the way from Texas to see all of us. We had a great visit! Introducing them to Eloise, watching them catch up with Jack, touring the campus and town, eating good food, enjoying some cocktails, shopping at the outlet mall in Aurora and just catching up with good conversation....All of these made for special times. My Little Monkey Boy!!

I have telling everyone about the pro climber I have! Now I have pics to prove it. Jack climbs up onto everything...the chairs, the table, the dryer, the changing table, the toliet, the stool, the bouncer, the exersaucer, the brick wall on the patio. This pic shows one of his climbing adventures in the living room on the end table. I walk in the room and find him like this. I tried to snap a pic without him noticing...but he caught me in the act! We also recently went on a family adventure to Monkey Joes...a children's fun house with numerous giant jump houses with slides, ladders and tubes and shoots. So much fun. Jack impressed us all as he could climb straight up the rope latter for "bigger" kids. He conquerred this task several times throughout the day.

She's Laughing!

Yes, Eloise has been laughing for almost a month now. She is such a happy baby, always laughing, smiling and cooing! Jack really likes to talk to her now as she with smile and giggle at him. It is too cute! This video is of the very first day that she started laughing. I grabbed the flip camera and captured it! Enjoy...it is sure to put a smile on your face! :0)
